Job Description:
In this role, you will be involved in evaluation, testing and implementation of IT infrastructure systems to support PSI business processes and operations.
- Maintain, upgrade and improve company IT infrastructure systems and networks
- Design new computer systems and frameworks
- Manage the setup and configuration of IT infrastructure systems including Microsoft Windows Servers/Exchange/Teams and its integrations.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, troubleshoot reported errors
- Optimize and maintain backup and restore processes
- Install, configure and maintain servers (HP/HPE)
- Perform patch management
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear nontechnical requirements
- Create IT guidelines and manuals
- Deliver trainings on IT infrastructure system processes
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Computer Science or the like
- Full working proficiency in English
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory (including ADFS, PKI)
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange (including HA configurations)
- Experience with SCCM and/or ServiceNow
- Basic administration of Linux servers
- Experience in setting up centralized monitoring and logging systems (Splunk, Zabbix, Nagios/Icinga etc.)
- Experience with Veeam Backup
- Experience in managing of HP/HPE hardware
- Experience in managing of VMware vCenter servers
- Sufficient experience of working with information technologies and systems analysis
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- Ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Experience in writing specific IT documentation and procedures
- Cloud solution experience is desirable
