We are working with a boutique bridging and development lender based in the Warrington area who specifically specialise in bridging and development finance - this business has shown excellent growth and processes and has a fantastic network of introducers wanting to place cases with them

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Underwriter from a bridging, commercial or development product environment to join an established team whilst a series of projects get under way.

This is an exciting time to join the company.

The underwriting team is a small team and therefore there is a chance to be extremely influential within the business working closely with the directors on the sanctioning of deals and cases


Duties will include:


  • Build successful working relationships with third parties such as solicitors and valuers
  • Understand and assess relevant supporting documentation such as credit reports, valuation reports and financial statements
  • Monitor and report any fraudulent activity
  • Work within regulatory requirements

You will have:


  • Relevant, bridging, commercial, development or buytolet underwriting experience
  • Enjoy working in an autonomous environment, as well as working as a team
  • Have the ability to make decisions and communicate these clearly
  • A confident selfstarter
  • Excellent numeracy skills

£45,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
