Description

We are looking to recruit a
Training Coordinator, to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Head Office based in Croydon.


Compliance, training, and development of staff are 3 of the core pillars that ensure our services are able to provide the highest possible standards of care to our service users.

The aim of the Training Coordinator post is to facilitate the delivery of our company wide training programme.

By liaising with external training providers and utilising Social Care TV (our digital training platform), you will arrange for circa 500 members of staff to periodically undertake individual and group training sessions.


Key responsibilities of the Training Coordinator role will include:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs/requirements
  • Organise, arrange and ensure training is complete in a timely manner
  • Track, maintain and report on training outcomes
  • Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
  • Coordinate offsite training activities for employees
  • Manage and maintain inhouse training facilities and equipment
  • Keep an up to date tracker of all training requirements/records

About you:


While you won't necessarily have done this role before, the successful post holder would benefit from similar experience within an administrative or coordination capacity, coordinating people to achieve a business outcome.


Experience and skillset:

  • Experience successfully coordinating a business related objective
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Well organised
  • Methodical in your work
  • Good attention to detail
