Housekeeper Team Leader Position
**About the role

Housekeeping Team Leader**As a Team Leader joining the housekeeping team you will be responsible for leading the shifts to deliver excellent standards for our residents, their family and fellow employees; as well as supporting the vibrant exciting teams in the daily operations.

Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:

Managing the housekeeping team in line with the care home needs and residents expectations
Work with other teams to maximise residents satisfaction
Mentoring and coaching to ensure maximum employee's engagement
Being accountable for cleaning standards
Collaborate with HR roster Coordinator to manage resources
Performance manage the team of housekeepers
Stock control management and collaboration with maintenance team
Maintain relationship with the care home stakeholders
Demonstrate a flexible approach to undertake different tasks

About you

With your natural leadership skills and dedication to people, you are always striving to deliver a great service for our residents.

Previous experience working in a similar role preferable but not essential
