F&B Supervisor | The Forager | Dollar
We are on the hunt for a F&B supervisor to join The Forager. We are looking for someone with amazing people skills, natural charisma, and a passion for food and drink. But first of all, here is a little bit about us.
Located in Dollar, Clackmannanshire, The Forager is your new favourite pub. The Forager will open its doors in December 2022.
A laid back country style pub with a stunning private dining room and honest cooking that wouldn't be out of place in the country kitchens of yesteryear.
The restaurant is run by the Dean Banks Group who are an East Coast company who specialise in high-end dining and beverages.
The menu will pay homage to favourite British pub classics with daily specials which will include fresh fish, pies & a classic Sunday roast.
In the bar we serve craft beers, fantastic wines, bespoke cocktails and a selection of local hand pulled ales.
If you are looking to further your career in hospitality or even gain experience in a hospitality position, then this role is perfect for you.
Your roles will include:
- Providing consistently excellent customer service.
- Involvement in all aspects of service; setting up, serving customers, and cleaning down after service.
- Working closely with the management team to deliver the best customer experience
- Promoting sales and adhering to licensing legislation.
- Drinks include: wines, beers, cocktails, coffee, spirits
- Staff training
- Running services on the floor
- Hosting tables and organising bookings on resdiary
We currently have one full-time position available.
Competitive Salary. An equal share of tips.
