We are looking to appoint:
An enthusiastic and passionate teaching assistant to support one of our Year 1 classes to start as soon as possible who:

• Has experience of working with children in a school or nursery setting.
• Is keen to support the teacher in delivering learning.
• Is willing to support small groups with phonics, guided reading and early maths.
• Is flexible in supporting other children in the class with small group work and 11 as required.
• Is able to support behaviour and wellbeing of children as well as promoting educational outcomes. Can support with classroom organisation and administrative tasks.
• Is happy to support children through lunchtimes.
• Is keen to develop their experience through training.
• Is able to communicate effectively to all members of the school team and collaborate well with others.

29 hours each week 9:00am-3:15pm daily term time + 5 days.

Salary Scale D point 5:
hourly rate £11.39
