The
Primary Care Mental Health
Service is a partnership project between BLG Mind and South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) to deliver an innovative Primary and Secondary Care Mental Health Service across the 4 Neighbourhoods in the London Borough of Lewisham.


The integrated team provide support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary and secondary care mental health setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.


We are looking for a
Senior Mental Health Advisor to work alongside BLG Mind and SLaM colleagues to deliver this service.


As part of an effective Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) team, you will have the caseload management experience and skills to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support and IAG on a wide range of social issues including housing, employment and socialising, whilst liaising appropriately with specialists and professionals.

You will also be able to demonstrate effective line management skills.
