Description
We are looking for a HR/Recruitment Administrator to support the recruitment of new staff in our lodges. You will be based at Head Office in Southport and report to the HR Manager.

As a HR/Recruitment administrator, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of work such as:

  • Processing DBS, contracts, and change of contracts
  • The onboarding process for new staff including overseas staff in line with CQC regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to HR

You will have:

  • Excellent IT skills so you can input data onto HR systems and monitor and track applicant progress
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work to ensure our vacancies are filled efficiently.

Rate of Pay:
£10.75 per hour (£20, 962 p.a.)


Hours of work: 37.5 per week
