The Nursing Associate (NA) will assist the nursing team in the delivery of direct care to patients within Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The NA will be required to provide care independently providing a holistic, high quality, patient focused, comprehensive, efficient and safe service for the patients cared for at Kettering General Hospital acting with responsibility, accountability and integrity as directed and delegated by the Emergency Nurse Practiioner.

The NA will need to work closely with the medical team.

The NA will require a good level of IT skills.

This post works within a multidisciplinary team with registered and non-registered staff.
