Sales and Customer Service Manager (new Contact Centre)

Salary £40,000+ Bonus


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Contact Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the floor.
  • Leading a team of 30
  • Build a strong relationship with the telesales team
  • Manage the contact centre to achieve quantitative objectives.
  • Ensure new business and Lead Generation callers implement the corporate Business Development process.
  • Track and measure productivity and compare to established benchmarks consistently.
  • Manage to maximise performance and meet appointment targets.
  • Ensure callers have all desired levels of skill required and take corrective action, as needed.
  • Be observant and detailorientated and possess an understanding of the business, the product and services, and the challenges callers are facing on the floor.
Key responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering training plans to the team.
  • Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring appointments are qualified and confirmed.
  • Measurement and ongoing monitoring of team performance.
  • Being overflow support to deal with inbound enquiries across multiple channels as required.
  • Share feedback with managers to aid continual improvement.
