My client is an
ambitious, thriving and
growing organisation based in Wellington, Somerset. They are looking for a Production Control Coordinator to provide
essential administration support to the team. This is a
hybrid position, and the company offer a
great benefits package.

As part of the Production Control team, you will providing a wide range of vital technical and administrative services supporting the companys current and future operations.


The role:


  • Managing and controlling all documents through the production process
  • Ensuring bespoke customer requirements such as enclosures are configured to run with specific document
  • Taking ownership of bespoke customer mailings to ensure they are processed and despatched into the production environments sites
  • Identifying and escalating irregularities with the volume of their customers documents
  • Identifying and escalating operational issues
  • Ensuring all incoming information is of the highest quality
  • Managing the reporting of Management information surrounding the production process
  • Ensuring strong mutually beneficial relationships are forged with suppliers and internal department

Whats on offer:


  • Hours
  • Full time to 5.30 Monday to Friday
  • After training you will also have the option to work from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday).
  • Salary £23660 plus great benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, free onsite parking.
