Job Overview:


As a Graduate Management Sales Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills in sales, leadership, and business management.

This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers in sales while gaining exposure to various facets of our organisation.

Throughout the program, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance from experienced professionals to accelerate your growth and prepare you for a successful career in sales management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Shadow senior sales executives to learn best practices and gain insights into effective sales strategies.
  • Assist in identifying and prospecting new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and delivering services, showcasing our products/services and addressing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Actively engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a career in sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
  • Highly motivated, selfdriven, and resultsoriented.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fastpaced environment.

From £28,000.00 per year
