Salary:
Up to £20,000 (Dependant on experience)
We are a family orientated rapidly expanding home emergency, appliance and boiler breakdown cover provider. We are looking for highly motivated call centre operatives to join our claims team as a claim's advisor.
Successful applicants will work in a busy inbound call centre environment receiving calls from customers, dealing with their requests and processing their claims.
The claims advisor role is based at our head office in Padiham. You will be in an open-plan office and will have your own workstation. Office hours for claims advisor staff vary working on a rota pattern- Monday to Friday
Roles and Responsibilities of a Claims Advisor:
- Dealing with inbound calls from customers and engineers
- Liaising with engineers
- Handling claims in a professional manner
- Handling queries from customers and engineers
- Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Skill Requirements for Claims Advisor:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Able to work well in a team
- Working well under pressure (during busy periods)
- Good attention to detail

Training to be a Claims Advisor:
Full claims advisor training will be provided by our training team.
You will be provided in-depth training for the systems you will use as a claims advisor, be provided full GDPR training and be able to meet your new claims advisor colleagues.
