As such an opportunity has arisen for a
Recruitment Consultant to join our
Portadown team.


Pay Rate:
£23,000 - £25,000 per Annum (plus commission)


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm


Job Criteria:


  • Relevant experience in a business to business sales role
  • Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
  • Have excellent English both spoken and written
  • Ideally have driving licence with access to car
  • Have the ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Previous experience working with/exposure to CRM systems this is not essential as full training will be provided
  • Be selfmotivating using own initiative when necessary

Job Duties:


  • Exploit potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the Company.
  • Maintaining and developing existing customer service, with the relevant internal liaison and to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction, through recruitment and administration
  • Assist in the registration, placing and management of workers assigned to Clients
  • Obtain accurate job descriptions, and personnel specifications from Clients.
  • Ensure that all Company procedures are adhered to on time.
  • Ensure that all statutory legislation is adhered to
