The role
Reporting to the
Demand Planning Team, the
Administrator is responsible for the day to day administrative support and associated tasks for the Kwik-Fit Mobile Contact Centre


The Administrator role is essential in delivering a smooth and organised service, which underpins and facilitates all mobile activity of the department.


Key accountabilities

  • Creating PO's and log information
  • Reconciliation of any Mis match stock discrepancies
  • Carry out investigation of all Invoice rejections correcting them accordingly so that they can be processed for payment
  • Create and issue all KFM staff I.D and access cards
  • Reconciliation of banking
  • Running daily/monthly reports in a timely manner
  • Actioning and processing cheques, BACS transfers and requests for refunds
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding orders
  • Processing of internal and external post
  • Word processing and creating spreadsheets
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as required by the business

Skills & experience

  • Extensive practical experience of a busy office environment
  • Strong administrative background with exceptional organisational and time management capabilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills alongside strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a logical and analytical approach, with excellent attention to detail and a good level of numeracy and IT skills
  • Sound understanding of compliance when handling confidential and business sensitive data
  • Capacity to cope with quickly changing requirements, with the ability to work calmly under pressure when dealing with competing priorities
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to and build positive relationships at all levels
