Salary: OTE £40,000 per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

An experienced Sales Negotiator is required to join a driven residential agency in East Sheen, helping grow market share while delivering exceptional customer service in a competitive premium property environment.

A great opportunity has arisen for a capable and motivated Sales Negotiator to join a dynamic property brand in East Sheen. The role requires strong sales ability, a proactive approach and a passion for residential property. You will contribute directly to business growth, provide exceptional client care and succeed in a fast-paced, competitive setting.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

Managing buyers, arranging viewings and conducting property tours
Generating and nurturing new business opportunities
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Progressing sales through to completion
Delivering high-quality customer service at all stages
Maintaining accurate records and working effectively as part of a team
Representing the brand professionally in the local market

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

Experienced residential estate agent
Strong sales and negotiation skills
High level of customer service
Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
Smart, articulate and self-motivated
Knowledge of the East Sheen area (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and own car
Professional and reliable approach to estate agency
