Description
You will work closely with the founder helping to manage sales (processing, organising delivery and record keeping), be the first line of contact for customers and handle some marketing duties, including our online presence, marketing materials and liaising with event organisers etc.
You will be required to work from the company office one day a week but there is flexibility to work from home on occasion.
Duties to include:
- Processing orders
- Managing event invites and supporting company events/ maintaining the event calendar
- Maintaining and establishing distributor relationships
- Maintaining the online presence of the company
- Supporting the founder with ad hoc admin tasks
- Keeping accurate records
- Customer service tasks
- Updating the website when needed
- Occasional blog posts
- Identifying new sales avenues
Job Types:

From £18.00 per hour
