My client is a leading Media data analytic and brand consulting group, looking to hire a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join their City of London office.


Description

The key responsibilities of the ServiceNow Technical Architect:

  • Create and be accountable for IT solution
  • Provide technical guidance to create and maintain a strategic Roadmap for the ServiceNow platform
  • Mentoring and supporting the wider ServiceNow team member
  • Keep up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practice, new developments and trends
  • Liaise and maintain professional relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders working with business analysts to turn requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide insight into licence compliance and usage

Profile
The ideal ServiceNow Technical Architect will show the following:

  • An expert for the technical design of solutions for the ServiceNow platform
  • Handson approach and someone with a developer background
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong ability to demonstrate analytical and problemsolving skills with excellent verbal, written and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery with outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor staff in development and release management relative to the Service Now platform to drive quality, value and best practice.
  • Thorough understanding of ITIL processes, Agile & DevOps and best practice approaches

Job Offer
On offer for the successful ServiceNow Technical Architect at my Media clients:

  • Up to £650 per day outside IR3
  • Fully remote working, or the opportunity to hybrid work at their office in the City of London
  • 6 month contract
