Description

Global Insight Conferences, a market-leading conference, and exhibitions company, is on the hunt for an excellent Event Planner to join the Operations department.
Global Insight Conferences produces high-quality one-day, bespoke business conferences, both live and virtual, in the UK and abroad.

Personal Specification_

Minimum grade B/6 in Maths and English Language at GCSE (or the equivalent IB). Strong A Levels.
12 months+ minimum in work from Education exit.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Specification_

Project managing (planning, operations, logistics) all physical and virtual events, both in the UK and abroad.
Manage event logistics: suppliers, venues and all things operational from day one of the event.
Managing budgets and accounts, chasing payments and paying invoices

Researching new venues.

Maintain strong client communications and relationship building.
Using excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests.
Sourcing new suppliers and costeffective solutions.
