HR Assistant required foran established and successful business in Wrexham on a full time, permanent basis. The team are friendly and supportive and will provide excellent training. This role comes with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
What's involved?
We're looking for a HR Assistant to join the team and support with the full employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between.
You will be handling a wide variety of employment matters, providing support and advice to managers, and ensuring that policies and procedures are adhered to.
This generalist role will give you great all-round experience and would be perfect for someone looking to develop their career.
You will work on a variety of HR projects and ensure the HR system is accurately updated.
You will prepare and issue HR documents and contracts and any updates to roles and/or salary changes and liaise with payroll.
We'd love to speak to people who
- Are an experienced HR Assistant qualified to CIPD Level 3 or higher
- Have excellent relationship management skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining business goals and suggesting ways to achieve them through human resource initiatives
- Have strong HR system skills and can recommend efficiencies and improvements
Salary Range & Benefits
The salary is competitive paying around £26,000 to £33,000 depending on experience. The company also offers excellent additional benefits.
