Our Role


The role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator will see you work in our established Talent Acquisition Team working across the Havas Lynx Group in Manchester and London.

Your role will be to administrate the process for multiple teams across the business in the resourcing of freelance talent.

In addition, you will support the maintenance of our freelance talent pool and look to add new talent for future projects.

This is an important and challenging role.

As the global market leader in our industry, we're dealing with majority of the top ten pharmaceutical companies in the world.

A core component of being able to deliver projects that match our clients' expectations is our trusted bank of freelancers.


We're not necessarily looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, but we are looking for someone who is organised, has strong attention to detail and can work at pace.

You'll be joining a successful, sociable team who are incredibly supportive of one another.


What you can expect to be doing:

  • Inputting freelancer's timesheets into our management platform making sure that all data provided is correct
  • Draft contracts as and when requested
  • Ensure all freelancers have the relevant up to date insurances in place
  • Assessment to establish whether freelancers fall within IR3
  • Management of various trackers and internal / external platforms
  • Ensure any relevant process documentation is kept up to date
  • Complete offer letters and contracts using information provided via internal proforma's
  • Forward offers, new starter forms and reference requests
  • Sourcing new freelance talent

What we'd like to see from you:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, not necessarily recruitment related
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn
  • A good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite
  • An approachable, friendly attitude
