About the role

The Lead operator, based in Heywood, will assist the Area Manager with the daytoday operations of the "Fluke process" including all operational activities, housekeeping, and operator timekeeping

Responsibilities:

Assist with the smooth running of the "Fluke Process" workshop whilst maintaining job focus and improving process efficiency and cleanliness.
Enforce the production plan set by the Production Coordinator.
Complete a weekly report on the fluke process.
Maintain and manage stock control by ensuring products are kept to the agreed upon stock levels.
Promote Health and Safety awareness.
Assist with any other operation activities as needed.

About you

High School education or above.
Experience working with microporous insulation.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Experience using pneumatic tools.
Ability to work within diverse teams.
Effective people management skills.
