About the role

  • The Lead operator, based in Heywood, will assist the Area Manager with the daytoday operations of the "Fluke process" including all operational activities, housekeeping, and operator timekeeping

Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the smooth running of the "Fluke Process" workshop whilst maintaining job focus and improving process efficiency and cleanliness.
  • Enforce the production plan set by the Production Coordinator.
  • Complete a weekly report on the fluke process.
  • Maintain and manage stock control by ensuring products are kept to the agreed upon stock levels.
  • Promote Health and Safety awareness.
  • Assist with any other operation activities as needed.

About you

  • High School education or above.
  • Experience working with microporous insulation.
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
  • Experience using pneumatic tools.
  • Ability to work within diverse teams.
  • Effective people management skills.
