Homeworking, with the requirement to attend the office as required.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our maintenance team as a Planned Delivery Coordinator.

The role is to provide overall coordination and support for the planned investment service delivery including managing officers/ surveyors' dairies, working with customers, booking, appointments, chasing contractors, supporting customers who need relocating and processing payments.

As part of our 2023 focuses we recognise the importance of this role and are expanding the team to meet Aspire housing improvement programmes.

You will need to actively encourage, promote and support our customers who are receiving the work on their homes putting people at the heart of what you do.
