Role and Responsibilities:


  • Producing quotations and works instructions using our MIS System.
  • Liaise with other departments and suppliers to ensure a speedy turn around on working progress.
  • Answering questions about a company's products or services.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Delivering information about a company's offers.
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Provide high quality service that reflects the company corporate image.
  • General clerical duties.
  • Dealing with deliveries.
  • Ensure a positive first impression when the first point of contact being.
