Part Time Role (Will accommodate in school hours) - 30hrs per week
Pure Power is a dynamic and growing business in the PTSG Fire Solutions Division that was acquired by the Group in October 2020.
Pure Power service and maintain the pump rooms, ensuring both power supplies and pumping equipment function as they should when required.
The Role:
You will be responsible for all office duties including fleet management, accommodation booking, H&S maintenance records and accurate upkeep and housekeeping of the engineers qualifications and certification training.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key contacts to retain existing and new business, whilst paying particular attention to key accounts.
- Printing, scanning and filing
- Managing documents and resources on local drives
- Answering telephone enquiries
- Fleet Management
- Booking Services, MOT, vehicle damages etc
- Booking of accommodation and transport
- Ordering office stationery & office sundries
- Ordering uniforms for the engineers
- Coordination of Health & Safety documentation and certificates in line with PTSG process and procedures
- Booking training courses
- Fines and PCN's
- Chasing with site when possible for overturn
- Chasing Purchase Orders from customers
- Processing and coordination of engineer Check sheets i.e.
- Vehicle Checklist, PPE
Service related tasks:
(In times of absence)
- Provide support to the engineers ensuring they have the correct job information, equipment and parts etc and act as a point of liaison between them, the servicing team and the customer.
- Tracking work completion and the return of worksheets from Engineers, to supply full and accurate invoicing information for the Accounts team.
- Raising of purchase orders & writing job cards
Person Profile (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Experience):
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Calm, resilient and flexible with experience in a fastpaced service environment
- A high level of people skills, including verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to communicate and present information at all levels
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Good IT skills and computer literate
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
£17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
