Reporing to:
Production/Operations Director


Objective:

Producing estimates & repro purchase orders supporting the Sales Team to supply estimates in a timely manner through our centralised MIS.

Liaising with Sales/Admin/Studio and production to ensure quoted jobs pass through the system efficiently.


General duties:

• Raising estimates through centralised MIS
• Raising purchase orders through centralised MIS
• Ensuring estimates/quotations are correctly specified
• Identifying best production process
• Ensuring raw material prices are up to date
• Dealing directly with customers regarding specifications/lead times
• Set KPI's for the department to maximise efficiency
• Raising repeat job estimates and ensuring prices are up to date
• Resource planning
• To keep abreast of industry changes
• Liaise with MIS implementation team moving new MIS forward

This is not an exhaustive list of duties expected from our Estimating/Repro role but an outline as to what the overall responsibilities would be.
