Description

Core duties include:

  • Acting as a point of contact for the University
  • Helping to acknowledge & resolve queries of stakeholders, students and customers
  • General administrative/marketing administrative duties including outreach, recruitment and retention of students
  • Making outbound calls to both current and future students

Profile
The successful will be able to demonstrate a background in:

  • Customer facing & customer focused roles (including but not limited to Airports, Travel, Retail and Hospitality sectors)
  • Knowledge of a CRM system is advantageous
  • Please be advised this role is unable to consider support sponsorship
