Description
Core duties include:
- Acting as a point of contact for the University
- Helping to acknowledge & resolve queries of stakeholders, students and customers
- General administrative/marketing administrative duties including outreach, recruitment and retention of students
- Making outbound calls to both current and future students
Profile
The successful will be able to demonstrate a background in:
- Customer facing & customer focused roles (including but not limited to Airports, Travel, Retail and Hospitality sectors)
- Knowledge of a CRM system is advantageous
