Due to expansion, our client is looking for an Internal Account Handler/Manager.

You will have the opportunity to work with a well-established organisation who are one of the market leaders in their specific industry.


Job Description:

As the Internal Account Manager, they will support the delivery of Industry leading customer service and operational account management. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that SLAs and KPIs are always met. To focus on ensuring the customerreceives the best service consistently.

  • The Internal Account Manager will own the endtoend processes associated with their clients. Specifically focusing on developing relationships.
  • Ensure contractual requirements are met in full, demonstrated and all KPI and SLAs are met
  • As the Internal Account Manager, they will provide custom reports with complete accuracy via bespoke portals and excel
  • Ensure data quality is maintained and highlight or correct any errors
  • The Internal Account Manager must be able to identify updates for client handbooks and ensure they are correct and aligned to the Companies specifications
  • Work closely with other Account Managers to ensure client contracts are supported effectively
  • Worked within an Account Management role previously
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Work with autonomy with limited supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced excel skills however not essential
  • Previous experience of working in a fastpaced demanding environment

Hours:
Monday - Friday 9.00 am pm


Salary:
£23,000 Per Annum
