We are looking for a Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator with good lettings listing experience for this exciting role in Esher
OTE £55,000 £60,000 pa + car allowance + benefits
Basic salary up to £30,000 pa dependent upon experience
Working alternate Saturdays will be required but with a day off in lieu hence a 5 day working week
Great commission structure and initial guarantee
You must have a UK driving licence for this role and will need your own car there is a good car allowance

As Lettings Manager of this independent estate agency you will be dealing with high quality properties for a company that is known for its knowledge of Esher, Cobham and the surrounding areas.

You will need to have:

Good experience of winning lettings business through valuations and developing good client relationships
A successful track record of letting residential properties in a similar area
A thorough understanding of current lettings regulations and requirements
The desire to deliver the high levels of customer service that this company prides itself on
Excellent communication skills
A UK driving licence good car allowance provided
Local knowledge of Esher, Cobham or the surrounding areas would be an advantage but is not essential
