**Safety Accountability: - Ensuring that any commissioning support activities are carried out in accordance with all Site Licence, environmental and industrial requirements.

  • Ensuring Safety is the highest priority on the project, with a continued strive towards Zero Harm; Quality Accountability:
  • Collating relevant information for the LTR's;
  • Management of the Fault Observation (FOB) system and progress tracking of FOB resolution.
  • Management of the Temporary Commissioning Aids (TCAs) / Software Temporary Commissioning Aids (STCA) systems and progress tracking of
  • TCA / STCA resolution;
  • Timely control of all incoming / outgoing documentation including its distribution, storage and backup (hard and electronic copies);
  • Issue and receipt of commissioning documentation requiring review, on behalf of the authors. Processing the revision control of electronic and paper copies of Commissioning Support documentation, collation of review
- comments and distribution back to the relevant author.

  • Issue and receipt of commissioning test documentation for execution+
  • Ensuring quality standards, and consistency are applied throughout the range of documentation being produced;
**Additional Accountability: - Completion of document tracking spreadsheets and progress reporting;

  • Assisting with the booking training courses and maintaining and updating Team Training records;
  • Attending progress meetings and taking and issuing minutes;
  • Document formatting.
  • Provide deputy and absence cover of other Commissioning Support Team members within the Document Control and Admin Teams.
  • Nuclear background.
  • Experience of accurate electronic and paper document handling and clerical duties involving commercially protected or sensitive material.
  • Microsoft office specifically word, excel, visio.
  • Familiar with use and development of spreadsheets and databases in MS Excel.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Word; including formatting of headings, styles, document layout, inserting of tables and graphics and production of templates.
  • Ability to work in a cohesive team and deliver high quality technical documents to a tight programme, remaining flexible to demands of work and colleagues.
  • Excellent standard of communication and reporting skills.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a Commissioning Team
