We are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant who wants to learn, develop and build a career with incredible financial rewards.

As a trainee recruiter, you will work closely with and learn from a director with proven experience in helping to develop exceptional recruiters.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting and working with new clients as well as working with technology and change professionals, where you will identify, attract, shortlist and manage people through the recruitment process.

Essential skills include:

• A minimum of one year's sales experience and a proven track record.
• Strong commercial and business awareness.
• A passionate desire to succeed and build a career.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently.
• Competent in IT.
