An exciting opportunity has come up for a supervisor to join a fast paced sports and lifestyle retailer in the city.
The role will see you support and be part of the wider management team.The role:
- Provide excellent customer service, and product knowledge
- Inspire and train the team on customer service
- Drive KPIs and sales as an individual but also the team
- Support the Manager with reports, looking at best sellers for example
- Help maintain VM standards
- Previous experience within retail
- Team player, who is able to motivate
- Strong communicator
- Able to build relationships with the team and customers
This is a great role to join a retailer who keep growing There is a salary up to £25,000 plus bonus, as well as product and gym discounts.
