Key Responsibilities

Lead a globally distributed software development team including Scrum Masters and senior level developers to deliver a set of technical outcomes across multiple Epics to achieve the enterprise objectives.
Full technical delivery lifecycle management with full accountability for the endtoend delivery of software solutions
Ensuring that solutions are documented to a high standard and level of detail to enable inservice operations.
Collaborating with the development team to ensure that the work is being delivered to a highquality standard.
Collaboratively develop and execute testing plans, manage deployments and releases, and provide postrelease support.

Key Skills / Requirements

Proven record of accomplishment of managing development teams. Ability to lead and motivate the team, and act as a servant leader by putting the needs of the team first.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with the team, stakeholders, and management.
Ability to facilitate meetings such as code reviews, solution demonstrations, game days, testing cycles and create an environment for open communication and collaboration.
Experience leading and coaching endtoend agile delivery in a continuous delivery cycle. Capability to drive Agile ceremonies from a technical standpoint.
Detailed lowlevel understanding of the technical aspects of the project, including software development at a senior level, testing, and deployment.
