Senior Events Executive

Ambition are excited to have partnered with a global law firm in their search for a Senior Events Executive to join their London team, on a permanent basis.

This role will focus on implementing a busy events programme including both virtual/webinar eventsand a mixture of in-person conferences/seminars and general client hospitality too.

The Senior Events Executive will play a vital position in ensuring all of the firm's events support and deliver on the firm's overall strategy.

Some key duties of the role include:

Managing the events calendar and the running of events from beginning to end
Working alongside the wider marketing and business development team to provide firstclass events design and content
Managing the alignment of events with the firm's overall strategy and supporting in the implementation of this
Producing events analysis reports and providing and implementing recommendations to improve this process
Management of the Events Executive

To be considered for this position, you must have:

4+ years experience within events, ideally within the legal or professional services space
Experience in running in person and virtual/hybrid events from beginning to end
Excellent project management and administration skills
Previous experience with InterAction and Vuture is highly advantageous
