Role Description:
Apprenticeships Senior Administrator - Data & Funding
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join the Apprenticeships Office.
About the Role
The core responsibility of this role is to proactively ensure data accuracy by performing relevant auditing to underpin the integrity of Cranfield's Apprenticeship Funding Rules compliance, including the ESFA Evidence Pack and Individual Learner Record (ILR) data.
The role supports Apprenticeship Office, and wider teams based in Schools and Professional Service Units across the University, as well as maintaining high quality contact with apprentices and employers.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has an eye for detail and a solution focussed attitude towards establishing new and continually improving processes.
It is essential that you can understand complex regulatory requirements and take prompt action to resolve eligibility and compliance issues.
You will champion the use of technology to underpin and evidence the apprentices learning and support the journey towards successful apprenticeship completion.
About You
You will have sound knowledge of data protection regulations and be experienced in database management and able to represent data to a range of audiences.
You will be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and make sense of information from a wide range of sources, while balancing competing priorities without comprising your attention to detail or level of service.
