A Legal 500 firm with offices in Kent is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/ FCILEx to join its busy team in Maidstone.

With a minimum of 1 years' PQE you will manage your own caseload of commercial property matters including granting of new leases, licensing, lease renewals, development work and acting for landlords and tenants.

Properties include industrial premises, shopsand development sites.
