We are working with a respected and expanding company in North Herefordshire.
Full time Mill Room Operative required for our
rural based
Leominster client.


Job Summary

  • Responsible for the mixing the components to make the silicone/rubber product ready for moulding
  • Visually inspect and examine manufactured items
  • Using various hand held tools, cut, pair and alter finished product to spec
  • Compare colour, shape, texture, or grade of product or material with colour chart, template, or sample to ensure consistency.
  • Complete work sheet and prepare for packing/dispatch

Hours

  • Initially whilst training hours
  • Days
  • 3 shift Rota, Days, Nights and Afternoons will commence once competent
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full time temporary or temporary to permanent position
£11.57 plus shift allowance once training is complete

AM - £0.98 phr

PM - £1.12 phr

N - £1.50 phr


Transport is essential for this role due to the location
