Our client is a leading infrastructure investor looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team.

The Finance Assistant will report into the Finance Manager and will support the financial management and reporting of a portfolio ofhigh-profile projects.

On offer is a salary of up to £25K, 20% bonus, hybrid working, pension contribution and healthcare insurance plus the chance to join a dynamic organisation who will offer financial support and paid study leave to undertake accountancy qualifications.

The Finance Assistant will:

To prepare payments from batches of approved invoices.
To prepare and post invoices to debtors and creditors ledgers.
To assist in the resolution of invoicing and payment queries.
Other financial administration ad hoc duties as required.
Prepare reconciliations of sales, purchases, nominal ledger and to reconcile bank statements and supplier statements.
Reconcile VAT accounts and prepare and submit VAT returns
Assist in the preparation of monthly working papers
Assist in preparing the yearend audit file
Assist with the administration and reporting of VAT and CIS
