We're looking for a Certification Assistant to join our team within Score Group based at our facility in Peterhead.

About the role
The Certification Assistant is responsible for compiling documentation package for review by the QC Inspector in line with the client purchase order.

Primary Responsibilities
- Filter daily work scope and identify which goods require certification packages, comparing the previous days work scope to identify which packages have already been completed
- Compile certification requirements as per client purchase order. When material certification is not available a draft certification package is generated (consisting of front cover, COC, draft test cert)
- Liaising with Goods Out QC Inspectors to complete certification packages ( QA card received from Inspectors c/w Valve Heat Numbers and serial Numbers to finish off Valve Certs)
- Scanning of Completed certification packages and filing them in the Quality Department system
- Filing and recording of all QA cards in the Quality Department system
- Compilation of Paint Reports for the Paint Dept and scanning them on the Quality Department system
- Archiving all paperwork
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
- Qualification to minimum SVQ level 3 in admin related discipline
Experience
- Competency in use of MS Office
- Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience or demonstrable experience in a similar role.
