About Us:
We are the UK's largest independent provider of fully qualified lifeguards and Spa Operatives for permanent, short
- and long-term lifeguard hire.
We specialise in corporate business, leisure and private lifeguard hire often at very short notice and can also provide lifeguard training and assessing services.
Summary:
We are seeking a personable, highly organised, and efficient Admin & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.
You will play a vital role in supporting the business with the recruitment process, the day-to-day admin as well as helping secure new customers and business development.
Responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring the efficient operation of the recruitment office.
- Promote the business through various social media platforms.
- Perform outreach to potential new customers.
- Help drive business through a variety of different mediums.
Your areas of knowledge & expertise:
- Proven experience as an Administrative and/or Sales Assistant in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Social media savvy.
- Basic Marketing knowledge.
Hours:
- 1618hrs a week
Location:
1010 Cambourne Business Park, Great Cambourne. Cambridge, CB23 6DP
