About Us:

We are the UK's largest independent provider of fully qualified lifeguards and Spa Operatives for permanent, short
- and long-term lifeguard hire.


We specialise in corporate business, leisure and private lifeguard hire often at very short notice and can also provide lifeguard training and assessing services.


Summary:

We are seeking a personable, highly organised, and efficient Admin & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team.

You will play a vital role in supporting the business with the recruitment process, the day-to-day admin as well as helping secure new customers and business development.


Responsibilities we'll trust you with:


  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain a professional and organized work environment, ensuring the efficient operation of the recruitment office.
  • Promote the business through various social media platforms.
  • Perform outreach to potential new customers.
  • Help drive business through a variety of different mediums.

Your areas of knowledge & expertise:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative and/or Sales Assistant in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Social media savvy.
  • Basic Marketing knowledge.

Hours:


  • 1618hrs a week
- £13.88 an hour


Location:

1010 Cambourne Business Park, Great Cambourne. Cambridge, CB23 6DP
