As a lead Service Designer you will:

As a lead Service Designer you will need to have:

5+ years delivering interface or experience design solutions for various clients
Ability to bring together research, design, business and technology to shape projects
Ability to present and have excellent communication skill
Experience with user research and supporting a project vision, execution, quality and client relationship.
Nurture a new generation of talented design practitioners.
Experience in accessibility design
A highly collaborative attitude

As a Lead Service Designer the desired skills would be:

Skilled in common design tools; Sketch, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma etc.
Familiarity with a range of research techniques and related deliverables
Experienced in leading or facilitating workshops and conducting user / stakeholder interviews
Good consulting skills that can drive designrelated conversations, surfacing project requirements, building, and nurturing relationships, and fostering environments for open, productive collaboration
Experience with working in a multidisciplinary Agile environment
