I am currently working with a family-owned food business based in North London, who are rapidly expanding their supply chain team, and are currently on a look out for a Demand Planning Manager to join their team and take ownership of demand planning functionand drive accuracy to the forecasting process and strategy.

About the role:_

Lead and take ownership of the overall demand planning and forecasting strategy.
Collaborate closely with crossfunction teams to optimise current processes and drive best practices to supply chain operations.
Analyse and identify demand trends through close collaboration with customers and sales teams.
Build and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with Head of Supply Chain and support with development of team members.

About you:_

4+ years of experience working within demand planning/forecasting roles, within fastpace environments (FMCG/Food/Food Services).
Desire to take ownership and collaborative with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Analytical mindset and ability to identify operational improvements and optimisations to existing forecasting processes
Ability to work in fastpace environments and products with short lead times and shelflife.
