The Enterprise and Digital Industries (EDI) is looking for highly organised, motivated and inspiring Lecturers to join its ambitious team and are seeking to appoint to full and part time vacancies in the specialisms of:

  • Business
  • Finance and Accounting
EDI offers a range of business and finance courses from Levels 2 -4.

We are excited to be offering T Levels in Accounting as well as from the new academic year Management and Administration.

This is in addition to the BTEC Diploma in Business and Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications


You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills and the ability to convey industry standard information and ideas in a clear, concise and engaging manner.


Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer.

Fareham College will offer free teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession.

Full and Part time opportunities available. Flexible working can be considered for this role.

The salary bandings are £22,248 - £32,053 per annum (FTE) for unqualified applicants and £25,586 - £36,803 per annum (FTE) for qualified applicants.
