Client Details


My client, based in Reading, specialises in the care sector and are well-known for providing support and providing solutions in challenging circumstances.

They are looking for an individual with excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.


Description

  • Preparation of monthly and annual management accounts and forecasts
  • Monitor grants, contracts, restricted and designated funds
  • Weekly bank reconciliations, cash flow statements and forecasts
  • Monthly balance sheet reviews and reconciliations including accruals, prepayments
  • Sales, costs, margin, movement and variance analysis
  • Budgetary control of all services and cost centres liaising with budget holders
  • Ensure accuracy completeness and currency of receivables and payables
  • Maintain robust and fit for purpose purchases and sales invoicing processes

Profile

  • Immediately available or available on short notice
  • Partqualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with producing monthly and annual management accounts
  • Experience with budget control and variance analysis
  • Experience with budgeting, planning and forecasting
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting
