We are looking for someone who can play a key role in the development and delivery of both income recovery services and relevant strategies that will support the business needs.


  • Experience of computerised income management recovery
  • An ability to coach, lead and motivate teams
  • Up to date knowledge of debt recovery processes and relevant law
  • An ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other services, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor approach to a diverse range of audiences

£36,444.00-£38,302.00 per year
