The College is seeking to appoint six Day House Pastoral Assistants to enchance the provision of pastoral care in each of our Day Houses.

Each Day House is in the care of a Housemaster/Housemistress and the Houses are a central part of life for all pupils.

The House is a focal point of a pupil's time; it is where they keep all their belongings and spend most of their free time, where they will have their own space to relax or work, and is the basis of many fiercely fought competitions

The role will include working closely and collaboratively with the Housemaster /Housemistress and pastoral/safeguarding team, providing a unified and exceptional level of pastoral care to our pupils.

The successful applicants will provide a warm, friendly, supportive and organised environment for our pupils and ensure that there is always someone to listen and provide guidance to any issues that might arise, no matter how small.
