Main Purpose of the Role
This role is at the heart of the efficient delivery of Norwich Theatre's exciting vision and strategic plans.

Working alongside the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support the team of four Executive Directors and play an integral role in ensuring they are supported to co-lead the organisation with the CEO.

You will also provide specific PA support to the Creative Programmes and Audiences Director.
