An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Cancer Services Admin Team.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our small but very busy and dedicated Admin Team.

The post holder will oversee chemotherapy booking within the Haematology/Oncology Department.

The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the transfer of patients from Peterborough City Hospital to Hinchingbrooke Hospital and ensuring no double bookings, raising any concerns to the Cancer Admin Lead.

Provide ARIA training to new admin starters and updating passwords.


The post holder will oversee the smooth running of the Haematology/Oncology Outpatient and Radiotherapy Reception desks and the administration surrounding and supporting of outpatient clinics is carried out to an exceptional standard.

The post holder will be responsible for line managing the Outpatient & Chemotherapy Bookers, holding regular 1:1 meetings, MPA's, any performance meetings including sickness, induction/training of new starters within the team, assist with recruitment, completing staff rota and raising any concerns to the Cancer Admin Lead.
