SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Yardley (B25) who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join the teamPeople with admin or sales admin experience will be considered as full training will be provided
Salary negotiable depending on experience - Immediate start available
Office based only
Car parking onsite
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
You will support the Sales Team in administrative tasks which include processing customer orders, responding to customer requests effectively.
The Role:
- As the Sales Administrator, you will be loading Purchase/Sales orders on the system.
- Inbound order management.
- Ensuring customers are set up to receive information.
- Respond to customer returns and adhoc requests.
- Product reports.
- Ensure smooth order flow.
