As a Events and Marketing Officer you'll be part of a team dedicated to helping parents of children and young people with special educational needs to overcome challenges that most of us never have to face.

We're a growing organisation and our Events Team will be responsible for raising awareness of our services in new and existing locations.

Our Events and Marketing Team aims to reach and impact more people than ever before with what we can offer young people.


Get out what you put in


Your role will play in a big part in how we change lives for our young people, this will be achieved through a variety of components in your role.

You will organise and promote internal and external webinars, events and podcasts.

Supporting activity to empower stakeholders and key audiences, whilst capturing quality data for future marketing activity will also be part of your day to day.

Your experience and knowledge of marketing will enable you to generate parental and professional interest in our schools and promote the work of Witherslack Group.

Here's what we need from you;

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an events and/or marketing role
  • Ability to liaise with directors, senior leaders in schools and homes; group office staff, parents, support groups, SEN organisations and influencers.
  • Proven track record of relationship building with external organisations
  • Experience coordinating and developing events, webinars and podcasts preferable
  • Ability to use data to segment and maximise the CRM system and marketing opportunities
